I was born in Seattle and have always lived in the Pacific Northwest. I have always loved music but never thought of it as a career. I started collaborating using my guitar, but it wasn’t until I was asked to sing for the first time that it really clicked. When I wrote my first song I knew I had found my true passion. Music has forever shaped and changed me. What I write and sing is me. My music is a mixture of styles from folk to love and angst ridden ballads, to hard rock or a Native American vibe. My music relies heavily on acoustic guitar. I accompany my guitar with violin, ocarina, rain stick, Native American flute, bass guitar and drums. I have been known to use my (violin) bow with my guitar and bass guitar to sound more like a Cello or to get a sound that adds ambiance or emotion to a song.
